Not having a personal trainer, I asked ChatGPT what is the best workout for tennis. Making the mistake of not including my age, I got a vigorous one that made me pause. “I need to be more specific.” Changing it up to a man in his 70s to get this one.
In this video, I share my personal fitness workout routine designed to support my tennis game. Through strength, balance, stretching, and conditioning, I’m working to stay healthy, move better on the court, and continue enjoying the game I love.
